Description

This rich fairisle yoke is inspired by Scotland’s beautiful West Coast. With traditional fairisle patterning, 7 complementary colours within the knit and finished with a gentle snowfall peerie, each colourway has been inspired by an area in the West of Scotland. Our West Coast even has handy turnback sleeves.

Garment Composition

100% Supersoft Lambswool

Colour / Design Story

+ -

My West Coast Collection was influenced by the beauty and diverse landscapes of the West Coast of Scotland. Spring Meadow is inspired by the Wildflower Meadow walk at Balmacara Estate in Scotland, soft green grasses and pastel flora with the steely neutral backdrop of the sea.

Garment Care

+ -

Our knitwear can be dry cleaned, which is ultimately what we recommend.

If you prefer to wash at home, please hand wash only in cool to hand-warm water in a wool friendly detergent such as Woolite or Stergene (in the measurements specified on the bottle).

Dry flat and gently reshape whilst still damp.

Please note wool does not need to be washed as much, because it naturally resists odour, moisture and bacteria.

Remember…

- Never machine wash

- Never hand wash in hot water

- Never wash in biological or non-wool detergent

Love my new jumper!

This jumper is exactly as described on the website although the green is slightly darker than appears on the screen. This is my second Bosie jumper and I love them both. I am a size 10-12 and was advised to order the Medium rather than small as these jumpers are better being looser rather than a tight fit, and I agree. This was also good advice as my first jumper shrank after the first wash, but luckily I was able to stretch it back to size by soaking in fabric conditioner and stretching it a number of times during drying. I will only buy wool and of course the jumper is lovely and warm and snug. The wool does not scratch so I am able to wear a T-shirt underneath rather than a shirt with a collar which I am pleased about. These jumpers are not cheap but will last for many years so are well worth the financial outlay.
