International Delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked available for Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The price will be viewable just prior to checkout, once you have typed in your address for postage as It varies for every country.

Delivery by DHL Express Worldwide Courier is also available for international customers outside the US which incurs extra charge.

International Duty and Taxes

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the UK, and shipments may be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Any charges for International customs clearance must be borne by the customer; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.

USA Duty, Taxes and Ending of De Minimis

US Customers please note that all prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT which will be deducted automatically at checkout upon input of an American delivery address, whereby the US duty will be shown and is INCLUDED in the price so there will be no surprises on entry to the US.

Starting August 29, 2025, the US de minimis ruling, which previously allowed certain low-value imports to enter duty-free, will no longer apply to any size of order. As a result, approximately 10% duty may be applied to your orders and these must be shipped delivered duty paid (DDP). This will also slow the shipping period to 5-7 working days. We can expedite deliveries needed sooner at an extra cost so please email us for details if necessary.

We are working on better options for our US customers that will come into action in 2026.

Please know that these changes are beyond our control, as it stems from new US worldwide trade regulations. We deeply value our American customers and are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Be assured, our team is actively working on ways to minimise shipping costs and reduce any inconvenience for 2026.

EU VAT

EU customers post-Brexit are fully responsible for any VAT incurred upon the purchased item’s entry into their country. Bosie LTD is not liable to pay this for you. Any refusal to pay the appropriate VAT once the item is in your country will be considered breach of contract and we will deduct any costs for return of goods refused by the customer from their refund.

Bosie Returns Policy, Terms and Conditions

UK and International Returns

You may return your purchase by emailing us here within 14 days of recorded receipt of goods and physically returning the items with their order sheet within 28 days of recorded receipt.

Any returns requested outwith the stated returns period will not be accepted so please make sure to act early, if returning.

The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. The garments must also not have any aroma, creasing that wasn't present in the original folding or signs of wear. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Bosie Knitwear reserve the right not to accept their return.

Preparing your items for return.

Should you choose to return any items, please ensure all original tags/labels are still attatched and in tact.

Please fold the items neatly in the returns packaging. Bunching them up and posting back in disarray may damage the fibres.

Please ensure to return the items in packaging that keeps them secure and protected.

If any of the previous requirements are not met we may be unable to accept the return request.

Returns Fraud

Any attempt to breach our return policy as laid out here will be contested by our company and our fraud prevention services will be notified of any breaches of contract. We also reserve the right to refuse custom to any customer who is flagged by our fraud protection service as higher than low risk. We automatically refund and cancel any Paypal transactions which result in Paypal withholding funds prior to completion of sale, due to the increasing occurrence of chargeback fraud in line with our right to refuse custom. We also add this information to our Radar system on Stripe to protect ourselves further from any future fraud risk.

Incorrect item Received

If you receive the incorrect item the customer must immediately send us an image of the incorrect item still in its packaging with labels attached to orders@bosie.co Upon receipt of the item image and order number, we will immediately post out the correct item.

Faults

We have strict quality control methods prior to shipment but we do request that all customers check their items immediately upon receipt and any damaged or flawed goods should be communicated to us at orders@bosie.co with a photograph within two days of receipt and returned directly to us without delay and while the garment is new. We must receive the item back so we can inspect the issue to avoid any other occurrences. In the case of an item being received new and with a fault we will refund the return shipping cost to the customer immediately upon receipt of the faulty item. We will then also refund the order in full or replace depending on the customers choice. Please note we can clearly identify and distinguish when an item has been deliberately damaged or stretched due to too small a fit and when there is a genuine fault in the knitting.

Delayed and Lost Item Policy and Terms

At Bosie Knitwear, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. However, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, customs processing or periods of high demand, like Black Friday and the run up to Christmas. This policy outlines the process for handling delayed items, and the criteria for when an item is considered "lost."

If your order is delayed:

- Track your order using the chat box at the bottom right of our site.

- Allow additional time for potential delays, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or in remote areas. Its very unusual to take so long, but we do ask as part of our terms of sale that customers allow up to 30 days to allow for the 'considered lost' periods below.

 When an Item is Considered Lost

An item is officially considered "lost" only after a reasonable investigation period, measured from a certain timeframe after shipping. At that point, rest assured we will process a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your wishes.

- Rest of World: Considered lost 25 working days after the 7th posting day after shipping.

- North America: Considered lost 25 working days after the 7th posting day after shipping.

- Europe: Considered lost 20 working days after the 5th posting day after shipping.

Replacements and Refunds

- Refunds/Replacements: Full refunds, replacements or store credit are issued for confirmed lost items with no delivery attempted within the specified period after the latest due date.

- Insurance: All orders are shipped with basic tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

- We also advise if you are concerned about shipping times to use the DHL option for shipping, (may incur extra cost).

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by any delays or festive periods and we appreciate your kind patience.

Non refundable status of bespoke custom brushed Items

Custom brushed items are not returnable even for exchange due to their bespoke customisation, outwith our inventory. Please note that products which are sold brushed as standard (i.e. don't need the brushing service added in order to be brushed) are part of our standard inventory and therefore both fully returnable and refundable in line with our normal returns policy.

How to Return International Orders

Please insert your original delivery note and explicitly mark the item as a ‘RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS’ and clearly mark RETURNS DEPARTMENT at the top of the address.

When will I get my refund?

After it passes inspection, Bosie Knitwear will refund your purchase price to the original method of payment within 7 working days of receipt of your returned goods.
