Refund policy

Customers please note:

Please explicitly mark the item as a ‘RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS’ and clearly mark RETURNS DEPARTMENT at the top of the address. If the items are not identified clearly as RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS’ and addressed to ‘RETURNS DEPARTMENT’ we will not be able to accept the return.

Please note as per our terms and conditions, that the cost of return will be paid by the customer and the return shipping will be subtracted from the refund if a label has been supplied by us (return labels available in the UK only).

Return Terms and Conditions *28 Day Return Period*

You may return your purchase of stock goods within 28 days of recorded receipt of goods by notifying Bosie Knitwear by email to orders@bosie.co (please note it is '.co' not '.com' within 14 days and then posting to the address stated below WITHIN another 14 days of notifying us. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached and in good condition. The garments must also not have any aroma. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Bosie Knitwear reserve the right not to accept their return. Bosie Knitwear will refund you within 7 days of the receipt of your returned and inspected goods. 

The cost of returning goods will be covered by the customer and when sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can be absolutely sure the items get returned to us and so you can track the status of your return shipment. We can not refund goods that go missing on return.

All customers please note that when customers arrange for deliveries to be left in their designated safe spaces, this is firmly recorded and photographically evidenced through our Shopify / postal system as a choice and the risk and responsibility lies with the customer alone. Bosie Knitwear is in no way liable for any losses incurred and will not compensate or bear the cost of any lack of care for the purchased items they have posted out.

 

Refund of outward shipping

All UK orders are shipped free, any International outward shipping or UK 'add-on' shipping options purchased, like Royal Mail Special Delivery or private courier, are not refundable when returned during the 28 day cooling off period.

Please do not order a custom brushed shetland if you do not know if you will be keeping the item or you are unsure you like the the popular brushed effect. Brushing irrevocably alters our standard inventory by brushing the garment to a desired level and is a service of labour and brushing tools, which cannot be recouped once expended. Therefore both the brushing service and the bespoke brushed garment is completely non refundable, even if the item is returned.

Faults

We have strict quality control methods prior to shipment but we do request that all customers check their items immediately upon receipt and any damaged or flawed goods should be communicated to us with a photograph sent to orders@bosie.co (note '.co' NOT '.com') within two days of receipt and returned directly to us without delay and while the garment is new. We must receive the item back so we can inspect the issue to avoid any other occurrences. In the case of an item being received new and with a fault we will pay return shipping immediately upon receipt of the faulty item and we will then also refund the order in full or replace depending on the customers choice. Please note we can clearly identify and distinguish when an item has been deliberately damaged or stretched due to too small a fit and when there is a genuine fault in the knitting.

Returns Fraud

Any attempt to breach our return policy as agreed at checkout will be contested by our company and our fraud prevention services will be notified of any breaches of contract. We also reserve the right to refuse custom to any customer who is flagged by our fraud protection service as higher than low risk. We automatically refund and cancel any Paypal transactions which result in Paypal holding funds prior to completion of sale, due to the increasing occurrence of chargeback fraud in line with our right to refuse custom. We also add this information to our Radar system to protect ourselves further from any future fraud risk.

Incorrect item Received

If you receive the incorrect item the customer must immediately send us an image of the incorrect item still in its packaging with labels attached to orders@bosie.co. Upon receipt of the image and item, we will immediately post out the correct item.
