Delivery

Most orders are readily in stock and processed and posted within two days of receipt, however we ask you to allow 5 working days to avoid disappointment.

All items for the day are posted before 10am GMT, anything after will be shipped the following working day.

Average times for despatch are:

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery 1-2 working days

UK Royal Mail Tracked - 2-3 working days

International - 5-7 working days

At busy periods like Black Friday or Christmas, please note these timeframes can double so we ask our customers to allow for a longest case scenario of 28 days. This is extremely unlikely but as part of our terms we must advise appropriately. Please be assured all shipments are fully insured should items appear lost after a 28 day period.

All customers please note that when customers arrange for deliveries to be left in their designated safe spaces, this is firmly recorded and photographically evidenced through our Shopify / postal system as a choice and the risk and responsibility lies with the customer alone. Bosie Knitwear is in no way liable for any losses incurred and will not compensate or bear the cost of any lack of care with receipt of the purchased items they have posted out.

US Shipping (Temporary situation for 6 months)

US Customers please note that all prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT which will be deducted automatically at checkout upon input of an American delivery address. Also at checkout any extra cost to ship to the US is included in the stated price so there will be no extra expense or inconvenience upon entry of goods to the US.

Starting August 29, 2025, the US de minimis ruling, which previously allowed certain low-value imports to enter duty-free, will no longer apply. As a result, approximately 10% duty may be applied to your orders and these must be shipped delivered duty paid (DDP).
We are working on better options for our US customers that will come into action in 2026. Until then (from the 27th August 2025) we have to ship delivered duty paid which will incur any extra cost included in the shown price.

Please know that these changes are beyond our control, as it stems from new US worldwide trade regulations. We deeply value our American customers and are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Be assured, our team is actively working on ways to minimise shipping costs and reduce any inconvenience for 2026.

Non US International Shipping

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the UK, and shipments MAY be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

EU customers post-Brexit are fully responsible for any VAT incurred upon the purchased item’s entry into their country. Bosie LTD is NOT liable to pay this for you. Any refusal to pay the appropriate VAT once the item is in your country will be considered breach of contract and we will deduct any costs for return of goods refused by the customer from their refund. By ticking the T&C box at checkout you are agreeing to take full responsibility for any EU import charges incurred. Please note you should only be charged VAT not duty as Bosie Ltd makes the garments we are selling you, thus single origin. A statement of declaration of this is clearly included on all shipping documents along with our EORI number. By completing checkout you are agreeing to take full responsibility for import charges incurred. Selecting the option ‘Duty and Customs paid’ WILL stop any charges upon the items entrance into your EU Country.

Any charges for other International customs clearance must be borne by the customer; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.
