Our Unisex Shaggy Shetland Beanies are what we can only describe as a hug for the head. Sumptuously warm, fluffy and soft, with that great traditional Shaggy Shetland look and feel, they are brushed to fuzzy perfection and unmistakably Scottish. The subtle brushing assists the beanie in staying in position but the pure wool composition stops any static (common in manmade fibres). Our knitwear can be dry cleaned, which is ultimately what we recommend.
If you prefer to wash at home, please hand wash only in cool to hand-warm water in a wool friendly detergent such as Woolite or Stergene (in the measurements specified on the bottle).
Dry flat and gently reshape whilst still damp.
Please note wool does not need to be washed as much, because it naturally resists odour, moisture and bacteria.
